Operating a case management program with connection to treatment, medication management, housing navigation, daily classes, and peer support for individuals receiving out-of-custody competency evaluation and restoration; the program is located near the Denver Detention Center.
BACKGROUND
When competency clients are released to be restored in the community, often they lack a support system and connections to community resources necessary to be restored to competency and to thrive.

STANDOUT ASPECTS
This program is operated by a successful prison reentry organization. It will leverage its existing community resource network and its staff, many of whom have previous justice involvement, making positive and lasting connections to clients.
