Each month, the Special Masters of the Fines Committee meet with the Director of the Office of Civil and Forensic Mental Health, the Disability Law Colorado Community Integration Attorney Team Leader, the Fines Committee Competency Projects Cultivator, and the Auditors/Monitors of the funded programs. The Fines Committee meets to consider new proposals, discuss new projects on the horizon, review the status and outcomes of currently-funded programs, and identify the areas of need and focus for future programming.
